Focused instruction on workforce readiness and employment preparation. Students learn job search techniques, job interview preparation, how to start and finish assigned tasks, taking instructions from supervisors, customer service skills, and developing professional work habits. The program emphasizes soft skills development including communication, teamwork, and building physical stamina for workplace demands. Career exploration activities help students identify personal strengths and interests.
