About Me

Teaching has always been an important aspect of my life. Throughout high school, I was involved with many academic teams and clubs, where it was crucial for me and my peers to learn from each other in order to grow as individuals as well as strengthen our team dynamic. I spent several years as the captain of my math team, not only leading my team through the excitement of competitions, but also helping them become better mathematicians every week in practice. Since high school, I have held several positions as an instructor, teaching French, Spanish, music, audio engineering, and theater production. Many of these subjects align with my personal hobbies, which allows me to focus on what I think is the most important part of learning--having a good time. Learning is most successful when it is enjoyable, and even fun, so I strive to bring a positive and lively attitude to every tutoring session. I look forward to getting some serious learning done, while not being so serious that we lose the magic of learning.
