As a recent graduate from the University of Illinois at Chicago, I want to apply my STEM background to help students of all backgrounds succeed in the sciences. At UIC, I received a Bachelor's Degree in Sciences majoring in Neuroscience (summa cum laude), and am attending the UIC College of Medicine in the Fall. I am most passionate in biology and chemistry, but I tutor a broad range of subjects. I believe that tutoring should place a strong emphasis on the student's needs and I am a firm believer in making sure students leave no gaps in their understanding of a topic. In my free time, I like to make my own music and read philosophy books.

I have a very wide range of academic passions, as an engineer-focused researcher who almost majored in English. I have lived in Spain for 4 months and am currently living in Costa Rica working on a 3D printed artificial leg. Through many years of classes and living abroad, my Spanish grammar is on par with, if not better than, my English grammar. I have tutored kindergarteners to grad students and everywhere between in a wide variety of subjects, including ACT test prep, and I believe that everyone is capable of learning with the right amount of patience, motivation, and strategy. In my free time I like to play sports, play board games, bake, and just adventure around.
