About Me

I graduated from Vietnam National University (HCMUSSH). I enjoy engaging in a lifelong learning journey through community service, besides doing research and tutoring in an academic setting. In the summers of my undergraduate years, I traveled extensively to voluntarily tutor English to students in the provinces of Vietnam in the "60days" project and teach public speaking to middle school and high school students in Saigon. After graduation, I worked at Vietnam National University, directly involved in the Vietnamese Studies Program - a highlight program at the HCMUSSH aiming at introducing Vietnamese culture and history to foreigners visiting Vietnam. While I tutor a wide range of subjects (English, Vietnamese, French, test prep, and translation skills), I am most passionate about nature, culture, literature, and the history of world civilizations. In my tutoring experience, my students seemed to really enjoy the lessons which are shown through their advancements in the Critical Writing and Reading portions they previously struggled with in Standardized Tests. I believe learning is an enjoyable experience and I want to share the love of learning with every student I met. In my spare time, I love to immerse myself in books, classical piano, martial arts, and new hobbies while discovering new aspects of life.
