What is your teaching philosophy?
My teaching philosophy is to combine structured learning with that of free and intuitive learning. I believe anybody can learn anything; all that is necessary is motive, a plan, and follow through.
What might you do in a typical first session with a student?
Discover the areas that need the most attention in the student's subject. From there, we can determine how to best use our time and most effectively learn the material.
How can you help a student become an independent learner?
I can help a student become an independent learner by sharing learning techniques that are fun, engaging, and relevant.
How would you help a student stay motivated?
Keeping content fresh and interesting in new ways, and incorporating mixed media such as music, film, art, and dance that supports the subject content.
