What is your teaching philosophy?

I teach my students to think, to understand the concepts rather than memorize an exercise. I understand that everyone is different; therefore it is necessary to look for different teaching strategies for each individual. Teaching is for me very rewarding; one gets immediate feedback. When a student improves, the teaching objectives are met.

What might you do in a typical first session with a student?

I provide a diagnostic test to the student to determine the weak and the strong areas of knowledge. Then, we should prepare together a feasible work plan for the next sessions.
