The Middle Level Secondary School Admission Test is designed to help middle school students demonstrate their knowledge in a variety of subjects when applying to private and independent schools. There are three versions of the test, each designed for a different grade; students from the fifth, sixth, and seventh grades can take a SSAT specially designed for their grade level.
