How to Be a Great Observer

Pay close attention to the world around you. Use your eyes, ears, nose, and even your hands (safely!) to gather information. Write or draw what you see, hear, or feel. Good observation helps you notice changes and details that others might miss.

Examples

  • Drawing a picture of a plant’s leaves as it grows.

  • Listening for different bird songs in the park.
