My mission is to help people learn how to critically and creatively think. I believe that being asked questions is the best way to learn. During my sessions, I ask questions to listen to what is known so I can individualize questions and activities to learning needs. I believe tutoring is about caring for a person to help them learn so they can realize their dreams and goals.
I recently graduated with a PhD in Education and Sociology. I teach coursework at the college level across sociology, anthropology, education, history, and leadership. When I was in undergrad and high school, I also tutored math and science.
Outside of tutoring I am a leadership consultant and academic scholar. I love to play sports, workout at the gym, play video games, draw, play guitar, and go to the movies.
I look forward to meeting you and helping you achieve your academic and career goals!
