About Me

I am currently working on my Master's in Teaching degree at Western Washington University. I recently graduated with my Bachelor of Arts in History and Social Studies with a focus on early American history. I have volunteered in many classrooms, helping with homework and assignments. More recently, I tutored one-on-one with students in their home, helping with Zoom school. I also recently worked as a student teacher at a local middle school where I taught a six-week course on digital literacy. I am interested in tutoring many subjects, but I am most passionate about social studies, government, and US history. I am currently working on becoming endorsed in mathematics as well. I believe that everyone has a right to good education, and I hope that I am able to help students with that. Outside of the realm of teaching and school, I enjoy going for long walks with my dogs and going for bike rides.
