About Me

I received my Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from The University of Texas at Austin. Language arts has been a strong passion of mine ever since I can remember, and I'm grateful that I now have the opportunity to share my knowledge and experience with others. There's nothing more rewarding than knowing I've helped someone improve their reading, writing, or their understanding of the English language. My goal is to work with students until they're confident in their skills, and can readily apply them to their exams and assignments. I implement teaching strategies based on a student's individual needs, and I'm more than prepared to modify my lessons in any way necessary to ensure that they get the most out of my tutelage. I want nothing more than to help students make breakthroughs in their reading and writing. I want them to walk away from our sessions feeling confident, and accomplished.
