About Me

I am currently a student at Bowdoin College working towards a degree in both Neuroscience and Sociology. I have a lot of experience working with students as a was a tutoring all throughout high school and additionally I have experience tutoring my own young sister over the years. I tutor a wide range of subjects and enjoy them all greatly. I specialize in math, science and ACT/SAT test preparation. I enjoy ACT/SAT test prep because I enjoy helping students achieve their ideal score whatever that may be. I am a very efficient tutor that likes to make great use of the time together and will expect students to work independently outside the session in order to make progress in between meetings. I am a great listener and very observant which makes for an effective tutoring style. Outside of Academia I enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, lately I have gotten interested in triathlon, I was a runner in high school and am on my college's cycling team. Additionally I love swimming, so combining these 3 activities is an amazing experience. I also enjoy doing day hikes as well as longer backpacking trips.
