About Me

I have loved writing and reading since I was a little girl. However, it wasn't until I started volunteer as a tutor while pursuing my bachelor's that I found my passion for teaching. After I graduated from Tennessee State University, I started working as a private English tutor. I specialize in helping students connect the readings to the skills they need: critical reading and thinking. I work at the student's pace in order to give them the education style they cannot receive in a crowded classroom.
