About Me

I love learning and helping people reach their goals. I believe education is something incredibly valuable and should be spread to everyone! I graduated from Utah State University with a major in Psychology and a minor in Music. I loved getting to study and learn there, and even tutored a lot of my fellow students in classes! I helped people with biology, neuroscience, essay writing, and reading. I have worked as a registered behavior technician doing behavior therapy with kids, as well as helping them with reading skills and elementary homework. I also worked in a special needs preschool helping kids learn to read and play appropriately. I love tutoring people in reading, english, psychology, music, as well as basic math. I would describe my tutoring style as individual focused. I believe that every person has the ability to learn what they would like to learn if they're given proper time, help, and resources. Individuals all learn a little differently, so I think it's important to adapt your teaching to how your current student learns best. I have a few interests outside of academia as well. I absolutely love plants and flowers, and have spent quite a few years working as a florist. I love everything about music, singing, playing instruments, listening to all different types, going to concerts. I have a cat that I adore, even though he wakes me up early every morning to play.
