About Me

I am currently a resident physician at Case Western and obtained my medical degree from University of Kentucky. As for my undergrad, I have a B.S in Neuroscience and a minor in philosophy. I participated as a research assistant at UIC's Health Center studying various mood and emotional disorders and several publications in psychological disorders and abdominal pathologies. I love tutoring teenagers as high school is the period where most of us get a glimpse of what life and education is truly like. For some of us, however, this experience hits us hard. It's nice to have a mentor who can help make the transition to adult-life just a wee bit easier. My philosophy on tutoring is to help the student understand the foundation of their subject, all the while keeping their thought process logical and organized, as well as acting as an emotional support throughout their academic ordeal.
