A sentence needs to end with some form of punctuation, either a period, question mark, or exclamation mark. The two choices that don't end with a punctuation mark are not correct. Also, each sentence contains a list of items, "eggs, milk, and bread". When we have a list of three or more items, a comma needs to go between the items in a list.
