Stay Calm and Confident

Feeling nervous before a big test is normal! To keep anxiety in check, practice deep breathing, get plenty of sleep, and try positive self-talk. Arrive at the test center early so you don't feel rushed. Remember, preparation is your best friend—trust in your study efforts and do your best.
