Meet Nadia.

Nadia
Nadia is a seasoned nursing professional and educator with a BSN and MSN from Union University and 40 years of experience in the nursing field. She spent over 20 years in pediatrics, working in neonatal ICU and diabetes care at two large children's hospitals, before transitioning to academia, where she has spent the past eight years teaching nursing to future nurses. Nadia's teaching approach draws on a range of methods including mentoring, coaching, direct instruction with return demonstration, positive feedback, and constructive conversation. She believes deeply that every nurse is both a leader and a teacher, and that as healthcare continues to evolve, the profession needs nurses who are strong in both roles. Her greatest hope is to leave a legacy of passion for nursing that carries forward into a future generation — one dedicated to improved patient and family care, treating the whole person, and upholding the simple but powerful principle of treating others as you would want to be treated.
The NCLEX-RN is the final gate between nursing school and your career as a registered nurse — and this course is built to help you walk through it with confidence. Designed specifically for nursing graduates preparing to sit for the exam, this prep course breaks down exactly how the NCLEX-RN works, what it tests, and how to approach every question type strategically. You'll master the exam's structure and scoring methodology, sharpen your clinical reasoning, and build the time management skills that keep you composed when the pressure is on. With an expert nursing instructor guiding each session and adapting the depth of coverage to your class's needs, you'll leave with a clear game plan — and the test-taking tools to execute it.
The Last Exam Stands Between You and Your RN License — Let's Make Sure You're Ready
You've made it through nursing school. You've survived clinicals, exams, and sleepless semesters. Now one test stands between you and your career as a registered nurse. The NCLEX-RN isn't just a knowledge test — it's a test of how you think as a nurse. This prep course is designed around that reality. You'll leave every session with sharper clinical reasoning, smarter test-taking instincts, and a concrete understanding of exactly what this exam demands and how to meet it.
Know the Exam Before You Sit for It
One of the biggest advantages any NCLEX-RN candidate can have is a thorough understanding of how the exam actually works. This course starts there. You'll break down the exam's adaptive format — how it selects questions based on your responses, what the minimum and maximum question counts mean, and how the scoring algorithm determines whether you pass. Understanding the mechanics of the NCLEX-RN removes the mystery and lets you focus your energy where it belongs: on answering each question with confidence.
Tested Concepts, Covered Strategically
The NCLEX-RN covers a broad range of client needs — from safe and effective care environments to health promotion and physiological integrity. Rather than trying to re-teach all of nursing school, this course focuses on the concepts and clinical scenarios that show up most on the exam and the reasoning skills that apply across all of them. Your expert instructor will assess the needs of the class and calibrate the depth of coverage accordingly, so time is spent where it matters most for the students in the room.
Test-Taking Strategies That Actually Work
Knowledge alone doesn't pass the NCLEX-RN — strategy does. This course equips you with actionable techniques for tackling every question type the exam presents, including the newer Next Generation NCLEX (NGN) items that require deeper clinical judgment. You'll learn how to eliminate implausible answer choices, how to identify the "most correct" response when multiple options seem right, and how to work through case studies and scenario-based questions systematically. These aren't abstract tips — they're repeatable frameworks you'll practice and internalize before test day.
Time Management and Test-Day Composure
Sitting for an adaptive exam that can range from 85 to 150 questions demands more than clinical knowledge — it demands mental endurance. This course addresses the pacing and time management strategies that keep you deliberate and focused across the full exam, no matter how long it runs. You'll also work on the mindset skills that matter under pressure: how to move past a difficult question, how to stay confident when the adaptive algorithm throws harder items at you, and how to walk into the testing center with a clear, executable game plan.
