He holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Idaho State University, an MBA, professional certificates in sales and marketing, and is a board-certified psychiatric pharmacist. Ahmed is passionate about helping pharmacy technicians build a strong foundation in their field so they can confidently pass state or national certification exams, as well as supporting pharmacy students through the NAPLEX and MPJE exams. He also brings 10 years of experience training sales personnel and sales leaders across different industries, and enjoys teaching economics and business administration in his free time.
