Most people rank public speaking among their biggest fears — but it's also one of the most learnable skills in existence, and the students who get comfortable with it early have an edge that lasts a lifetime. Learn to Love Public Speaking is a weekly class for students in grades 3–5 where every session focuses on a different technique or speech type: how to organize your thoughts before you speak, how to project your voice and own the room, how to handle nerves, how to lead a conversation, and more. Led by an experienced instructor who — by nature of the job — genuinely loves public speaking, this class builds confidence in students who'd rather stay quiet and sharpens the skills of those who already enjoy being heard.
