About Me

I am a licensed medical massage therapist. I've been in this field for over 15 years. I have gone to three different schools in California and received an Associate Degree in Massage from Ashdown School of Health Sciences. I've worked for hospitals, spas and medical massage offices. For the last three years, I have specialized in tendon stretching. I took and passed the national MBLEX exam in November 2020.I have had the privilege of being trained by practitioners and doctors who are leaders in the field. I am still after all these years very passionate about body work and the healing arts. I'm also very excited to share all the information and resources that I have had the privilege of being given.
