About Me

I am passionate about helping others achieve their learning goals and strive to meet individuals where they are. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space for individuals to thrive in meeting individual learning needs. As a Registered Nurse with over 27 years of clinical experience, I had the opportunity to work with individuals of varying ages and backgrounds. I specifically provided education to clients related to specific health care needs and served as a Mentor and Preceptor to nursing students, nurse professionals, and lay persons. I understand the foundational principles of learning styles and adapt to meet the learning needs of individuals. I am proficient in facilitating on virtual platforms and technology savvy. I currently serve as a Clinical Manager of a team of twenty Registered Nurses for a major managed care organization. In addition to providing oversight of the team, I facilitate education to the team on new processes or systems and onboarding for new hires.
