About Me

I am a first-year student at Colby College. One of my most rewarding tutoring experiences was being an online tutor for my math club in high school where I taught primarily Algebra and Pre-Calculus. I have also taught younger students, specifically those in elementary school, in Math and Reading. Tutoring these different age groups has truly improved my skills in explanation and has motivated me to add more visual aids and real world examples during my tutoring sessions. In addition to general math classes, I also enjoy tutoring in test prep since I vividly remember my own experience preparing for the ACT and SAT less than two years ago. In my free time, I like to read, watch the Food Network, and catch up on hit HBO shows!
