About Me

I am a Summa Cum Laude graduate from Saint Xavier University in Chicago, IL. I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education. Prior to that degree I served as a childcare center director where I hired, trained, and supervised new teachers. I also worked with a large variety of students and families in all areas of child development. Currently in Las Vegas, I serve as a grade level chair for first grade and an instructional coach. My classroom is very engaging, creative and fun. I am also a cheer coach and theater director and I bring my performance background into each of my lessons making sure the learner is having a great time and tackling assignments with confidence. I intend to supply students with an overarching repertoire of strategies on how to approach problems and reason through them critically. My extensive skill set will match any type of learner for proven results in the areas listed. I have a particular passion for English/ Language Arts and Writing. I am also a mother of a child I home schooled and who has excelled two grade levels past his peers at the age of 7. Hobbies: reading, music, art, books, dancing, writing
