Rita
Rita Goodroe is an award winning coach, community builder, teacher, and keynote speaker on topics from creative writing and public speaking to marketing and entrepreneurship. Using humor and storytelling to break tough topics down into practical, easily implementable actions, Rita is a sought after motivator and community builder for organizations on the Fortune 500 like Kellogg's, associations and organizations like Women in Insurance and Financial Services and the National Concierge Association, and students of all ages. Everyone has a story to tell, and in this camp young storytellers will become authors! Over five days, students will break down the elements of a story and workshop stories of their own, developing characters, a plot, elements of suspense, and a resolution (which may or may not be happily ever after). In the end, they'll have a story that they can print, bind, and share.
