Introductions and Small Talk You'll learn to present yourself, ask thoughtful questions, and make natural small talk with Spanish-speaking colleagues and clients, building rapport from the first conversation.

Scheduling and Time You'll practice coordinating meetings, setting deadlines, and confirming appointments in Spanish, so time-related conversations go smoothly and without confusion.

Directions and Requests You'll give and follow directions in workplace settings and learn to make and respond to requests politely and clearly, using the right tone for the situation.
