"Kehinde is a registered nurse and dedicated educator with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Duke University School of Nursing and a Bachelor of Arts in Healthcare Studies from the University of Richmond. She has supported students from Duke University School of Nursing and served as a teaching assistant in microbiology, bringing both academic and clinical expertise to her tutoring work. Kehinde specializes in a wide range of biological and medical science subjects, including Biology and AP Biology, Anatomy and Physiology, Microbiology, Medical Terminology, and nursing school courses such as Fundamentals, Pathophysiology, Medical-Surgical Nursing, Maternity Nursing, and Pediatric Nursing. She also prepares students for the NCLEX and TEAS exams. Her favorite subjects to teach are the biological and medical sciences — she finds the human body to be an endlessly fascinating puzzle, both complex and rewarding to explore. In her sessions, Kehinde uses concise reviews, practice questions, critical thinking exercises, and the teach-back method to promote deep understanding and long-term retention, always with an emphasis on real-world application. She strives to create a warm, inclusive learning environment where education is a source of growth and curiosity rather than frustration. Outside of tutoring, she enjoys arts and crafts, reading mystery novels, playing the flute, and spending time with her cat, Lilo."
