Beth is most passionate about working with young children and adult learners. For adult students, she has a particular enthusiasm for mathematics and science, with a special focus on Anatomy and Physiology. With younger learners, she is committed to meeting each child exactly where they are and building from that foundation — an approach she embraces as a dynamic, ever-changing challenge. Beth recognizes that every learner is unique, and she draws on her creative instincts to tailor her teaching to each individual's needs. Her background in fiber arts even finds its way into her lessons, where hands-on materials become unexpected and memorable teaching tools.

ABOUT THIS CLASS

If you've completed your occupational therapy program and are standing between your degree and your career, the NBCOT exam is the one obstacle left to clear — and this course is built to help you clear it. Designed for OT graduates ready to sit for national certification, this accelerated prep course breaks down everything you need to know: the exam's structure, the domains it tests, how scoring works, and the time management strategies that keep you sharp from the first question to the last. Rather than re-teaching your entire OT curriculum, this course teaches you how to think like the exam — recognizing question patterns, eliminating wrong answers strategically, and allocating your time where it counts. Walk into test day with a complete plan, not just a hope.
