That's why this monthly series builds a clear, comprehensive picture of how college admissions works, one topic at a time. Each month, current and former admissions officers from top universities lead sessions that break down the core elements of the process: what colleges actually look for, how extracurriculars are evaluated, how public and private university admissions differ, and more.
