Nathanael Greene

Greene's battlefield strategy forced Cornwallis to Yorktown. Nathanael Greene was a Revolutionary War General who studied law under Thomas Jefferson. He led American forces in major battles and served as supreme commander of the Continental Army in Sept., 1780.
