Mr. Faour has over 15 years experience in strategic management consulting and teaching at the University level. His expertise is in the areas of Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Strategic Analysis, Project Management, and Change Management,Mr. Faour identifies problems in organizations, systems, processes, and achieves improvements by applying project management, process modeling, strategic analysis, design principles, best practices, knowledge management, and information technology. Mr. Faour improves productivity by making information and know-how more widely and quickly accessible.
