I graduated summa cum laude from Tufts University with a B.S. in Mathematics, and I am currently an Ed.M. candidate at Harvard Graduate School of Education. For the past four years, I have been a math tutor for the Tufts Literacy Corps, focusing on arithmetic, algebra, trigonometry and geometry. I have also taught Earth and Space Science at Breakthrough Collaborative, violin at the Tufts Community Music Program, and worked with students from age seven to seventeen.

Learning is a process of creative discovery, and with each student I tutor, I treasure being a part of that process. I always hope to awaken in my students a love of learning, not just for math, but for a variety of subjects. An avid musician, I hold a B.Mus. in violin performance from the New England Conservatory of Music and enjoy playing classical music in my spare time. I also love a good book, creative writing, the accordion, dancing, and the outdoors.
