About Me

I am New York State certified and hold a Master's degree as a special education teacher. With 6+ years experience in the classroom, I am highly competent in designing and modifying curriculum to meet student needs. I have experience working with students with a variety of special needs, including ADHD, autism, learning disabilities, speech and language impairments, and more, as well as general education students. I have a calm demeanor that puts my students at ease and I am always ready to answer questions or explain difficult concepts in new ways. I am here for whatever my students need, including homework help, scaffolded support, or learning practice games to increase fluency. I love watching students grow and am always ready to provide feedback on their work.
