About Me

I am a doctoral student at Univ. of Wisconsin-Madison in the Interdisciplinary Theatre Studies program, with a Bachelor's degree in Drama and a Master's degree in Theatre History and Research. While I have experience tutoring in a variety of subjects, my favorite areas are test prep, study techniques, reading, writing, and history. My tutoring style is based on encouragement and asking lots of questions. My goal is to give my students the tools they need to significantly improve their work by effectively maximizing their personal gifts and knowledge. My first meeting with you will include a conversation about the most effective studying styles for you, because every student is different! I am an avid reader and always have a new favorite book to recommend to my friends, and my favorite reading spot is in my backyard with my Siamese cat.
