What is your teaching philosophy?
Teaching is the art to promote knowledge and education to the ones that are eager to learn for a brighter future.

I would like to know more about them and how I can help to increase their skills.
How would you help a student stay motivated?
Pay more attention to the student by helping to develop a way to stay focused in the area that is most needed.
How do you help students who are struggling with reading comprehension?
Repetition and clarification will improve understanding.
How would you help a student get excited/engaged with a subject that they are struggling in?
By maintaining a calm, one to one interaction.
What techniques would you use to be sure that a student understands the material?
I will ask questions and review material with quizzes and class interaction about the subject.
How do you build a student's confidence in a subject?
It is important to make the student feel engaged during class by making them a part of the class discussion. Then, the student will be confident to respond with assertive answers.
How do you evaluate a student's needs?
The student will be able to be evaluated by using oral or written tests. Besides, during class interaction, I like to have an idea of what the student needs to improve.
How do you adapt your tutoring to the student's needs?
Flexibility and good disposition are the key.
What types of materials do you typically use during a tutoring session?
Books, laptop, music and quizzes.
How can you help a student become an independent learner?
By encouraging them to participate in research since the knowledge will provide independence.
What strategies have you found to be most successful when you start to work with a student?
Listening, testing and encouraging to learn.
