About Me

I am a graduate of Florida State University, where I received both my Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing Leadership. I have worked in the acute care setting as a nurse for the past 14 years, with the last 11 years being in various intensive care units. I currently still work in the ICU, as I have always been passionate about direct patient care. I have also served as adjunct clinical faculty for Palm Beach Atlantic University College of Nursing. Over the years I have worked with many nursing students and new graduate RNs in both clinical and academic settings. I believe every new nurse can be successful on NCLEX and throughout the grueling didactics of nursing school if given the right tools and support. In my spare time, I enjoy reading all different types of novels, baking, and spending time with my 2 children.
