About Me

I am also ESOL certified, and currently hold a valid teaching certification through the state of Florida. My experience with online teaching was through VipKid, for about a year and half, which is also where I obtained my TESOL certification. I am very passionate about reading and writing. I love when I read, I learn about so many different things; it's like traveling for free! I became apart of Varsity Tutors because I want to help students gain more confidence in their reading and writing skills. I am very patient and empathetic; my teaching strategy is to guide the learner, not give them the answer. Then in time, they will grow and gain more assurance in themselves.
