About Me

I am a recent graduate of Bowdoin College in Maine, where I received a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Government and Legal Studies, cum laude. I fell in love with teaching at Bowdoin, tutoring my peers in both computer science and writing for the duration of my time in college. I have also worked with private clients as young as 12 on introductory coding. I enjoy helping students get to "Aha!" moments where a concept that had been vexing them suddenly clicks. I am excited to work with students on computer science, whether they are pure beginners or have some experience. Through my coursework and experience in AI research, I am adept at tutoring in most coding languages, including Python, Java, C, and C++. I'm also comfortable tutoring collegiate level math. I will be spending the upcoming school year tutoring English in a small village in Spain, but I plan to pursue a career in software development when I return to the states.
