About Me

I am a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington. I received a Bachelors of Arts in Spanish. I studied abroad in Spain for a semester and have traveled to a number of Central and South American countries with Habitat for Humanity International. I taught Spanish to preschoolers for four years at a small school in Dallas, my home city. I have been working with children for over 15 years, and love seeing them learn and grow in their abilities. I have also worked with high school students with success. As a tutor, I like to assess where the student is, what the expectations are, and making a plan to accomplish academic goals! In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my Spanish-speaking friends, going dancing, and reading!
