About Me

I am a graduate of Swarthmore College and have received my Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology. I am particularly interested in writing, both critical and creative. I have experience as a copy editor for The Phoenix, one of Swarthmore's student run newspapers, and as a news writer for The Daily Gazette, which is no longer operating. I hope to help students communicate their ideas through writing both in and out of the classroom. I would like to impart all of the lessons I have learned on how to write concisely and with purpose while maintaining one's personal style. I hope to teach students more than just rigid grammar rules. Helping students learn how to organize their thoughts and express themselves is what I really want to focus on. I hope anybody who works with me will be able to take the lessons learned and use them for assignments and projects for years to come.
