About Me

I am a recent graduate from Eastern Washington University in the small town of Cheney, WA. During my time at Eastern, I received my Bachelor of Arts in Women & Gender Studies and Psychology. As a McNair scholar, I have worked extensively on presenting, delivering and researching my topics of interest within Psychological development and LGBTQ+ studies. As a past English tutor, I assisted first generation migrant students with an agricultural background with reading, writing, and comprehension skills. As a McNair scholar, I have much knowledge in assisting students with the GRE Analytical and writing portions of the exam, and ways to improve their personal statements for admissions towards graduate school. This upcoming fall, I will be attending Oregon State University to obtain my Master's degree in Women, Gender and Sexuality Studies. I am a strong believer that we must , keep watering ourselves knowledge in order to learn, grow and prosper with our success!! During my free time, I enjoy reading, hiking, rock climbing and photography.
