About Me

I am certified in Social Studies and have taught United States History, World History, and Geography. I am well versed in Civics and the US Constitution. I have a strong base in European and Western History, as well. I have taught at the honors level. My teaching experience also includes many years in an After School Tutoring program where I helped more students that just my own. There I have helped AP students to understand how they needed to address their work, particularly writing and DBQs, to fit the expectations of Advanced Placement. I also have worked with homebound students in more than just Social Studies course.
