About Me

Having to learn English at the age of thirteen, I understand the struggle people face when trying to make sense of another language. It wasn't an easy journey for me, but it was one of the most rewarding one. I have tutored both here in Arizona and overseas, both ESL and Mandarin Chinese. I also have college proficiency in Japanese, which is the third language I learned through my second language. I would love to share my experience and passion with my students and help them achieve their goal, whatever it may be. I am patient, laid back and passionate about sharing my native language and culture with others in a relaxed and casual environment. I am detail oriented and I understand the importance of time management when it comes to making the most impact in learning with the given time frame. My schedule is flexible to the needs of my clients, whether during the day or evening.
