Chronic Coronary Disease Management Practice Test

A 48-year-old woman presents with exertional chest pressure. A subsequent exercise stress test without imaging was terminated early due to chest pain and 2 mm of ST-segment depression in the lateral leads. Coronary angiography reveals non-obstructive coronary artery disease with 30-40% stenosis in several vessels. Her symptoms persist despite medical therapy with a beta-blocker and calcium channel blocker.
