Hi!

Thank you for allowing me to introduce myself. Recently, I graduated from medical school, and I am currently in my initial training (internship year) to become a pediatric oncologist.

The two major passions I have in my life have always been medicine and education, especially about the training of students and the teaching of students effectively. I especially love to work with students on taking standardized exams.

I am so glad to be a part of this community. I absolutely love teaching and always have. My track record speaks for itself. Over the past 11 years, I have been working as a hired and private tutor for both schools and private clients. During this time, I worked with students of all ages, ranging from middle school students to physicians preparing for the licensing examination of medical schools. My experience tutoring at many places and circumstances has given me a lot of knowledge and experience about the process of learning and how to help my students succeed in all their areas, especially the one they are most interested in.

The goal for me is to give my students skills and knowledge that will be useful for them beyond one subject or exam. This is especially useful for students who have some school left. Earlier students have always appreciated this, and it has proven to be very successful. I am looking forward to working with students here at Varsity, and I am confident in my ability to get any student through the semester/exam etc. have the same skills and knowledge to all of you here at Varsity. I am very much looking forward!

A bit about me. I attended CUNY Brooklyn College and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology here.
I have completed medical school and simultaneously earned a masters in public health degree from Mercer University. I attended the Technion Institute of Technology Faculty of Medicine in Israel for my medical studies, and beginning the process to begin residency. (Grad was August 2023).

Professionally I was hired as a tutor for biology chemistry physics, especially the MCAT exam by my undergrad university for three years.

Additionally, I founded my own tutoring business over ten years ago that was focused to the community. I grew up in which did not have many opportunities to pursue academic higher education. This opportunity to share my passion for teaching has been incredibly rewarding for me.

My tutoring process is student-centered with an emphasis on each student's learning style to help them achieve higher levels of success. As an educator, I am extremely passionate about what I do, and I look forward to assisting students in flourishing academically in the future.
