I believe that understanding the educational concept a student possesses is vital to how successful they will become. As an educator it is important to me that I explore a students educational concept and tailor my teaching style to fit their learning needs. We must meet our students at their learning abilities and styles to increase concept, strategies that aid in learning and build confidence as they learn. My goal is to show students learning is fun and informative.
