I am graduating this July with my Master of Science Degree in French. I cannot wait to share my experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Minnesota State University-Mankato. For the past two years, I have been teaching French classes, preparing course materials for myself and the department, assisting with curriculum decisions, and preparing and grading exams. I am ready to bring my passion for teaching, serving my students, and researching how best to present information to the students.

As a native french speaker, in order to come study in Minnesota, I had to learn a lot of English and culture fast. That experience has given me empathy and passion for teaching language and encouraging students to stretch outside their comfort zone. I love sharing the language and culture of Francophone regions of the world, and my proudest moments were when students would decide to start a French minor or major because of one of my classes.
