I am excited to help you on your journey to becoming a nationally registered EMT. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of South Florida and am a proud U.S. Coast Guard Veteran.

With nine years of experience as an EMT, my career has taken me to diverse and challenging environments. I started in Payette, ID working as a volunteer for a county paramedic agency. I then enlisted in the military and was sent to Kodiak, AK, to work in an outpatient clinic and specialized in MEDEVAC missions on our C130. Later, I was transferred to St. Petersburg, FL, where I served as the Independent Duty Health Services Technician onboard a U.S. Coast Guard boat operating out of the Caribbean.

Currently, I work at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital in the Pediatric Emergency Center, where I provide high-quality care to our youngest patients 0-21 years old. In addition to my extensive EMT experience, I hold several advanced certifications, including Advanced Life Support (ALS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), STABLE, and CPR Instructor.

As a tutor, I focus on preparing students for the NREMT certification. My favorite subjects to teach are environmental emergencies, trauma, and pediatric emergencies. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experiences to help you succeed.

If you are not interested in NREMT tutoring, but would like assistance with resumes, application packages for nursing school or military academy or other personal endeavors I am also more than happy to assist/tutor you with that as well.
