I am licensed Real Estate Broker in Tennessee, as well as a licensed Real Estate Instructor. I have been in real estate for 12 years now, and I have been coaching and teaching real estate for the past 5 years.
I very much enjoy helping people navigate the requisite hours of required pre-license Real Estate education, helping them gain the knowledge and confidence to take the State Exam, as well as helping licensed real estate agents improve their productivity through personal coaching.
Many people come to real estate later in their professional life, and I find this the most gratifying, as well as enjoyable, helping people make this transition to a new profession. Every person who makes this transition is taking a step into a new professional environment, and the challenge is to make that transition as smooth as possible.
