I am a graduate of Saint Xavier University with a bachelor's degree in early childhood education. I have also obtained my endorsement in ESL, as I grew up in a bilingual household. Upon graduation in 2019, I have worked at two Montessori schools, both located in Chicago. Working closely with a range of age groups (preschool, Kindergarten, and some elementary grades) both in-person and remotely, have given me a unique perspective as to how children learn differently. My favorite subject to tutor is English since I believe forwarding the knowledge to second language learners is a gift. My approach to teaching is to gauge the learner's interests to make it as engaging and fun as possible. The learning process becomes unique when the teacher and student form a unique bond to meet educational needs. In my spare time, I enjoy baking, exercising, and appreciating nature.

I would consider myself a perfect mixture of both adventurous and a homebody. I enjoy learning new words and dancing as a form of exercise. Fashion has always been an interest of mine. Once in a great while, you can catch me doing some retail therapy, or shopping for some new shoes. I also bake pastries, read mystery/thriller books, and watch anime. Halloween is my favorite holiday!
